Painting
of an exterior begins with a thourough washing of the complete exterior.
If Algae is present it should be killed with a 10% bleach and water
combination prior to presure washing.

| All loose paint is then scraped. All scraped areas sanded, and then primed with an oil based primer. Any loose or missing caulking is repaired prior to painting. |

Finally- two coats of 100% acrylic latex should be applied. Acrylic paint resists harmful U.V. rays and provides years of protection. | |
